Updates in March 2011

At Studio Helper, we’re always working hard to bring you new improvements and make our program even better, based on the feedback we receive from our customers.

New Registration and Enrollment Feature

This month, we launched a new Registration and Enrollment feature. This allows you to create open enrollment classes that your students can register for themselves. Go to Calendar -> Enrollment Forms, and setup your class information, including teacher, maximum enrollment, and the class schedule. Then, when students login to their account, they will be able to register for the class and automatically be assigned to the events on the calendar. We hope you enjoy this new feature.

We’ve also continued to make progress on a series of new video tutorials that will walk you through how to use every part of Studio Helper. We are hoping to have these finished and ready shortly, along with several other great features in the works. We’ll keep you posted via FacebookTwitter, and our blog and newsletter when these new features are ready.

In the mean time, here is a list of the updates we’ve released in the last month.

Latest Features

  • Added Event Registration/Enrollment option! Now you can create classes, and your students can register for them themselves. To access this feature, go to Calendar -> Enrollment Forms
  • Our Distributor program now has banner ads to help you promote Studio Helper. Earn money referring others to Studio Helper at https://www.studiohelper.com/distributors/register
  • Added New Zealand Dollar to currency symbol list.
  • All single-day calendar views now show the day of the week at the top of the page.

Latest Bug Fixes

  • Exporting payments as a parent now properly exports the payments.
